Does it make better sense to have all of your software products as one application?

At Zuercher Technologies we think it does, and that is why we developed ledsSuite.  When we started out over nine years ago, we looked at the public safety software landscape and saw that almost every software provider either piecemealed together separate applications that they had developed or tried to “integrate” applications from multiple vendors.   This seemed like the wrong way to go about providing solutions to Police, Sheriff, 911 and Correctional facilities, so we did something about it.

With ledsSuite, all of our products (CAD, Records, Jail, Civil, Mobile, Financials, etc.) are ONE application, with ONE database.  All were developed and are supported and owned by Zuercher Technologies.

By having all of the products as one application, agencies are assured that they will all work together out of the box, there will be less time setting up and maintaining the system, all of the information will flow seamlessly throughout, and the overall cost of ownership will be greatly reduced.  By developing it this way, Zuercher Technologies can provide faster, more superior customer service as well as more software enhancements and updates than our competition.  We are also able to provide additional services which they either cannot or will not provide, or will charge handsomely for them.

Now, nine years later, you would think that vendors would get with the times and technology and try to do the same thing.  But if you take a look around and check under the hood of these vendors’ solutions, it is the same old same old, which continues to drain valuable time and resources from the agencies that they service.

So, if you are looking for software developed and supported the right way, take a look at ledsSuite from Zuercher Technologies.  Over the past nine years, many public safety agencies have selected ledsSuite as their software of choice and they are ALL still using it today!
