Mapping is a critical part of the 911 dispatch environment.  Zuercher Technologies GIS professionals have the experience to understand the broad range of issues that public safety answering points (PSAPs) face.

Road Centerline Creation

Dispatchers need to be able to trust the map when locating incidents.  For the most accurate geocoding and routing results, we have created tools which enable us to identify and correct potential errors in a GIS data set.

Emergency Service Zones Creation

We ensure that zones are topologically correct so that routing results are accurate and provide the best path and the appropriate responders to incidents.

Address Point Creation

Need to pinpoint exact locations of incidents? We offer geocoding services for address point locations, as well as reconciliation of address points with data from periodic 911 database extractions.

MSAG Design & Development

With an increasing number of counties moving to Enhanced 911, the need for an accurate Master Street Address Guide (MSAG) and tabular accuracy is growing. We know that many MSAGs were created without using GIS data, but we can work with these agencies to accurately develop an MSAG that more closely matches reality.

GIS Data Maintenance

Maintenance of GIS data requires a thorough understanding of GIS concepts and a dedication to providing timely and accurate updates. We offer professional GIS maintenance services to agencies that do not wish to or do not have the resources to maintain their GIS data.
