Secure Web-Based Access

features  Portal Features

Zuercher Portal is a secure, web-based access point that allows agency employees or the public the ability to search, view, and print select data from any computer or device with internet access.

There are many times when officers aren’t at their desk or in their squad car and they need information.  Portal provides a secure way to look up key pieces of data when unable to access the full Zuercher Suite system.  Whether  officers are on assignment and need to reference a case, or they want to check the status of other units, Portal allows them to access that data.

Need to provide information to the public?  Specific data elements, such as current inmates, can be made available through Portal to allow anyone to search, view, and print.  This can reduce the workload of employees who routinely answer phone calls to provide this information.

Access  to Portal is also available using smart phones or tablets.  Pull up the details of a call for service or look at computer-aided dispatch unit statuses from anywhere with Portal on a mobile device.

By using Portal, agencies improve communications within the department as well as with the public.  Employees have access to key information and are more empowered, no matter where they are, using web enabled devices.

Zuercher Portal is the perfect tool to keep connected with what’s going on.
