Insight Mapping

Insight Mapping is a GIS software application that is designed specifically to meet the needs of public safety answering points and 911 centers.

It was conceived purely from the needs of the dispatcher and responder and places focus on the map as the primary visual element. The design offers a consistent interface so that it could be used both in the dispatch center and in response vehicles.

The incident display is automatic and everything else the user wants to do is wizard driven, so the dispatcher never has to relearn the system, regardless of how seldom a feature is used.
