Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Madison Police Department, Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Lake County 911, and Madison Ambulance have selected Zuercher Suite for a shared county-wide public safety software system.
The four agencies located in eastern South Dakota serve a population of more than 12,000 people. Their shared Zuercher Suite system will include software for dispatch, records management, jail management, mobile, and civil process service. Zuercher Suite, a contemporary software solution that uses one application, one database, and one user interface is ideal for multi-agency systems, facilitating information sharing between agencies.
Zuercher Technologies has unparalleled experience with public safety software requirements in South Dakota, serving many agencies in the state, including the South Dakota State Highway Patrol. Zuercher also designed and supports the South Dakota NIBRS repository, providing automatic data submission and built-in error checking.
"We’re happy to welcome the Madison and Lake County agencies to the Zuercher family,” said David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zuercher Technologies. "The agencies and the citizens of Lake County will benefit from the information-sharing capabilities of this system and the efficiencies it will bring.”
