Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Athens-Limestone County Emergency E911 Office of Alabama will upgrade its Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Mapping system with Zuercher Technologies’ software.
 

Lead by Director R.V. White, who serves as president of the Alabama National Emergency Number Association, Athens-Limestone County E911 is the first public safety agency in the state to sign on with Zuercher Technologies.
 

The E911 office will be using Zuercher Suite’s contemporary platform that includes CAD, mapping, and statistical reporting. Zuercher Technologies products are one application, using one shared database and one user interface, streamlining processes for employees.
 

Past Athens-Limestone County CAD call for service records, as well as county Geographical Information Systems (GIS) data, will be converted into the new Zuercher CAD and Mapping system.  Zuercher Technologies stands apart from other vendors by delivering its own CAD and GIS data conversion services and not outsourcing them.  Offering data conversion services as part of the standard Zuercher Technologies portfolio of professional services reduces the cost of the project and simplifies management of the system.
