Zuercher Technologies Remains Operational Despite Emergency Conditions

Wednesday, April 10, 2013.

As one of the most damaging and dangerous winter storms on recent record continues to strike the Plains and Midwest, the Zuercher Technologies corporate office remains operational.  Emergency generators and failover protocols are in place and have been in use on and off throughout the day. Although power and phone outages have been occurring throughout the city, backup systems have allowed Customer Support to stay fully operational.

In addition to the work underway to ensure that the Zuercher Technologies corporate office maintains full capabilities, the Technical Operations team has continued the proactive, real-time server monitoring that is included in all ledsSuite maintenance and support agreements. "We have a significant number of customers severely affected by this storm and we are doing everything in our power to ensure that we help in any way we can,” said Tim Conway, Director of Professional Services for Zuercher Technologies. "With many dispatch centers and responders seeing more than four-fold increases in calls, we take our role very seriously.”
