Zuercher Technologies is pleased to announce that Tim Conway has joined the company as Director of Professional Services.  In this role, Mr. Conway will provide guidance and direction for project management, training, and support.  The coordination of these departments under one person ensures that every Zuercher Technologies customer will continue to have an excellent product and support experience as the company continues its growth and expansion.

This newly created leadership role emphasizes Zuercher Technologies’ unwavering commitment that the highest quality services are delivered to their customers from project start to the transition to support and maintenance.  Mr. Conway’s extensive capabilities and knowledge in the fields of software implementation and support made him the ideal fit for the position.
