Zuercher Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Beth Harwood as Director of Customer Experience. Within this new position Ms. Harwood will work to make certain that each agency receives maximum benefit from its ledsSuite system and to promote the best possible overall experience for ledsSuite customers.
Ms. Harwood will oversee the software support and quality assurance teams to maintain high standards for dedicated, responsive customer support and software usability. She will also lead product direction, using customer feedback to plan feature enhancements and ensure that the ledsSuite system continues to offer innovative tools and solutions to meet the needs of public safety professionals.
