Zuercher Technologies recently contracted with its first international client in Spain. The Morón Air Base in the southern part of the country will be implementing Insight Dispatch, the company’s Esri based GIS software solution designed for public safety clients.

The implementation is part of a series of projects with Spok (previously Amcom), which provides a JITC approved PC/PSAP 911 call-taking and dispatch solution. The Zuercher Insight mapping solution integrates with the Spok 911 Call Handling solution, allowing 911 information to be immediately displayed on the map. The visual representation of this data gives users greater spatial awareness when responding to emergencies. The software also includes additional tools to determine responders, provide driving directions, and flag premise details.
