Several of Zuercher Technologies’ current client agencies have expanded their Zuercher Suite implementations during the first quarter of 2014.
The Bennett County Sheriff’s Office and Martin Police Department of South Dakota added Mobile Records to their installation. Officers in the field will be able to access the agencies’ records from their mobile laptops, allowing them to complete reports and perform other actions such as NCIC queries.
The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office of Florida purchased the integrated Fleet and Equipment Management modules to track all services and expenses related to vehicles, as well as equipment and equipment assignments.
Both the Mountrail County Sheriff’s Office of North Dakota and the Traverse County Sheriff’s Office of Minnesota added on Zuercher Mapping’s dedicated Esri-based GIS server. These new servers give the agencies the ability to manage their GIS data, as well as provide additional server-side mapping functionality such as extended address verification.
The Tooele County Sheriff’s Office of Utah extended its installation to include Zuercher Civil to track all civil processes and return services.
The South Dakota Department of Criminal Investigation expanded their existing Zuercher Technologies product base with a data hub to assist with the SAVIN program, a free, automated service that the state provides to crime victims for information and notifications.
"It’s always rewarding when our client agencies decide to expand their systems,” stated David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zuercher Technologies. "The expansion of these existing systems reinforces the fact that we are truly zealous in our efforts to provide our clients with exceptional products and services. We appreciate their continued confidence in us.”
