Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Powell County Sheriff’s Office of Montana has become the first agency in the state to go live with Zuercher Suite.

The sheriff’s office, which includes patrol officers, a dispatch center, and a detention facility, is using Zuercher Technologies software for computer-aided dispatch, records management, mobile CAD and records, civil service processing, and jail management. The western Montana county has a year-round population of 7,200 plus seasonal tourism activity.

Since going live, the Powell County Sheriff’s office has been able to take advantage of Zuercher Suite’s one application, one database, and one user interface architecture, allowing employees at all locations to share one centralized system. The sheriff’s office has also benefited from access to built-in error checking and automatic data submission from Zuercher Suite to the MTIBRS repository, which Zuercher Technologies provides for the state of Montana.
