Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Williams County Sheriff’s Office of North Dakota has decided to upgrade to a fully-integrated law enforcement software system with Zuercher Suite.
The installation will include computer-aided dispatch, mapping, records management, jail management, civil process tracking, administration, and reporting software. Zuercher Technologies is unique in the industry, offering a seamless system where all products are one application, with one shared database provided by just one vendor. There is only one user interface for the agency’s staff to learn, which improves the user experience and allows for faster agency employee adoption.
Williams County was the fastest growing county in the nation between July 2012 and 2013, with its population increasing by almost 11 percent in just a year. The county, which now has more than 29,500 residents, has seen increases in crime, jail population, and the overall need for law enforcement services which are a direct result of the oil boom taking place in the region.
"We are excited to work with Williams County and provide a software solution to meet their rapidly changing law enforcement and public safety needs,” said David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zuercher Technologies. "The county will benefit from the efficiency of the integrated Zuercher Suite system and the ability to configure it to the unique requirements of each agency now and in future years.”
