Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Valley County Sheriff’s Office of Montana has chosen to move to a full Zuercher Suite software system.
The northeastern Montana county currently uses Zuercher Insight Mapping in its dispatch center. The sheriff’s office runs a county detention facility and 911 center, providing law enforcement services to a population of about 7,600 people.
The sheriff’s office selected Zuercher Suite, a contemporary software solution that uses one application, one database, and one user interface for its ease of use and excellent record sharing capabilities. Zuercher Technologies will be replacing outdated systems for records management, dispatch, jail management, and civil service processing.
"The Valley County Sheriff’s Office has had a great experience with Zuercher Insight Mapping and will find that Zuercher Suite will take their agency even further, giving deputies tools for sharing information and workflow management,” said David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zuercher Technologies. "Zuercher Technologies also provides Montana’s MTIBRS repository, giving Montana agencies the benefit of built-in error checking and automatic MTIBRS data submission.”
