The Marshalltown Police Department has selected the Zuercher Suite public safety software solution from Zuercher Technologies. The replacement system will enable the Police Department to implement a joint system with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, allowing for greater data sharing.
The installation includes mobile licenses so that officers in the field will have immediate access to data. They will be able to look at call for service information, name alerts, case reports, and more from within their vehicles, improving response times and increasing officer safety and visibility.
Zuercher Technologies is also converting data from the agency’s existing legacy software system. Because of proprietary tools the company has developed, Zuercher Technologies offers data conversion services at a significantly lower price than many other vendors. This gives agencies like the Marshalltown Police Department the benefit of searching older records without having to log into separate systems.
