Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Spearfish Police Department of South Dakota will be doing a complete computer software upgrade with Zuercher Suite.

The police department serves a city of about 10,000 residents, located in a popular tourist destination in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The department joins several other agencies in the region that already use Zuercher Suite software.

The Spearfish Police Department began looking for other public safety software options after several years of issues with customer service and software performance with their current vendor. Zuercher Technologies will be replacing outdated systems for CAD, records management, mobile records and CAD, administration, and more.
