Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office of Montana will upgrade its public safety software to Zuercher Suite.
Roosevelt County's boundaries cover 2,370 square miles with 10,425 residents. The Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office includes a 911 center that handles dispatch services for the county and the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes, plus a regional detention center.
The sheriff’s office will use Zuercher Suite software for dispatch, records, civil process service, jail management, and more. Zuercher Suite is a contemporary software solution that uses one application, one database, and one user interface, making it ideal for users in multiple locations.
The agency will take advantage of Zuercher Technologies’ proprietary data conversion process, which will bring legacy records into their new software system. Another benefit is that Zuercher Technologies provides the MTIBRS repository solution for the State of Montana, giving the sheriff’s office access to built-in error checking and automatic data submission to the state.
"Our software is well-suited to meet the all the needs of the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office, now and in the future,” said David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zuercher Technologies. "We are excited about being able to provide these new efficiencies to an increasing number of agencies across the state of Montana.”
