The Rock Hill Police Department serves a community of more than 70,000 people, located 25 miles south of Charlotte, NC. The agency has 154 sworn officers, and includes a communications center and a 48-hour holding facility. 

 

The department was dealing with an outdated software system with a lack of product integration and support. After a thorough review of many vendors, the agency decided that their best option was a new solutions platform that would allow them to operate at the level they wanted.
