The Perkins County Sheriff’s Office of Nebraska recently announced they have selected ledsSuite public safety software from Zuercher Technologies to upgrade the technology used in their office.
The sheriff’s office had been using an older software system that was antiquated and in need of costly updates. Unhappy with the capabilities of the system, the sheriff’s office set out to investigate if it would be possible to purchase a new system that was easier to use and that would fit their needs better for a similar price. After reviewing several products, they selected ledsSuite from Zuercher Technologies because of its configurability and modern features.
Purchasing the new software and having their data converted to the ledsSuite system was also a beneficial decision for their budget. Not only will the system be easier for officers and dispatchers to use, but it will also save the county money since Zuercher Technologies offers many more services with their standard maintenance agreement than most public safety software vendors, such as 24x7x365 support, rolling backups, regular product enhancements, and technology refreshes.
