Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the New Brighton Police Department of Minnesota has purchased several of its state of the art software solutions.
The New Brighton Police Department serves a community of more than 21,000 people and is located an equal distance between Minneapolis and St. Paul. The agency selected Zuercher Records, Zuercher Mobile Records, and Zuercher eCitations software in order to join in a regional records management system hosted by the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office. Zuercher Technologies will also convert old department records to be part of the new shared database.
The new county-wide system will allow the participating Ramsey County agencies to use Zuercher’s contemporary software to streamline processes for incident and case report creation and management, as well as data sharing. Zuercher Technologies products are one application with one database utilizing a standard user interface. This architecture and design are perfectly suited for providing superior functionality, data sharing, system management, and ease of use to the many agencies that will access the system.
Zuercher eCitations, a software module that allows officers in the field to quickly create and print citations from their patrol cars, is also part of the project. This new mobile software platform will help reduce errors and save time with all information seamlessly integrated throughout the Zuercher Suite system and to Minnesota’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) eCharging system.
"We are pleased to be able to have an opportunity to bring our unique records and citation solution to the New Brighton Police Department,” said David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zuercher Technologies. “We are excited about providing a true regional records system, assisting in superior sharing of information among all of the Ramsey County agencies.”
