The Mountrail County Sheriff’s Office of North Dakota has selected ledsSuite by Zuercher Technologies as its new public safety software solution. The county will be using ledsCAD, ledsRecords, ledsAdministration, ledsCivil and ledsMobile CAD and ledsMobile Records to help streamline communications and data collection for its office.
Prior to the selection of Zuercher Technologies, the Mountrail Sheriff’s Office was still using paper forms to collect and manage the many routine tasks of the agency. The agency had long known that it was in need of a better, more comprehensive software system. With the energy boom that the northwestern part of the state has experienced, the opportunity presented itself to be able to afford one.
After several demonstrations, the decision was made to go with ledsSuite by Zuercher Technologies. An important factor in the decision-making process was that all of the products and modules in ledsSuite are built as one application with one database, providing a truly integrated solution. Since many of the Sheriff’s Office employees have multiple responsibilities and roles, the integrated products will allow them to increase efficiency, prevent redundant data entry, and more effectively manage the information collected during daily activities.
