Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Mounds View Police Department in Minnesota has decided to upgrade its records and electronic citations systems with Zuercher Records software.

The police department, located in Ramsey County 10 miles from Minneapolis and St. Paul, chose Zuercher Records and Mobile Records in order to participate in a county wide regional records management solution. The Zuercher records management system is a contemporary solution that provides a smooth, efficient process for incident and case report creation and management, including a comprehensive validation and approval process.

Zuercher eCitations, a software module that allows officers in the field to create and print citations from their patrol cars, is also part of the project. This new technology reduces errors and saves time with all information seamlessly integrated throughout the Zuercher Suite system and to Minnesota’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) eCharging system.

A benefit to the Mounds View Police Department, and participating agencies, is that the Zuercher Technologies products are one application, using one shared database and one user interface, streamlining processes for law enforcement agencies. The unified system provides superior functionality and allows all department employees access to a centralized, easy-to-search database.
