Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office of South Dakota has selected Zuercher Technologies software to streamline and automate its civil service processing.
Minnehaha County, the largest county in South Dakota, is located in Sioux Falls, the home of Zuercher Technologies. The software company has a national presence, with customers in 40 states, and has been providing software solutions in South Dakota for more than 11 years. The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office will take advantage of the South Dakota-specific functionality in Zuercher Civil as well as the company’s experience providing civil process software to agencies of all sizes across the United States.
The sheriff’s office will be using Zuercher Civil to track and prioritize civil service papers along with workflow management tools that come with all Zuercher Technologies software. The sheriff’s office employees will have real time access to each paper’s full service history, attached documents, mileage, and financial details. Administrators can assign civil papers to the appropriate employee based on service deadlines, location, and staff availability.
