Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office of Iowa recently went live with new public safety software. 

 

Led by Sheriff Ted Kamatchus, who has served as president of both the National Sheriff’s Association and Iowa State Sheriffs and Deputies Association, the agency is the first in the state of Iowa to implement Zuercher Suite.

 

The sheriff’s office is now using an integrated system for records management, mobile records, civil process tracking, jail management, and statistical reporting. Zuercher Suite is an easy to use software solution that uses one application and one shared database 

 

Marshall County began its search for a contemporary public safety solution with high standards for the new software and vendor. The agency selected Zuercher Suite for its many levels of configurability and ability to scale with the agency and serve their ever changing needs. 

 

Zuercher Technologies also worked closely with the sheriff’s office to develop several interfaces to meet agency-specific and state-specific requirements, including an interface to Iowa’s state crash, accident, and reporting system (TraCS) and Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) system.
