The Lyman County Sheriff’s Office in South Dakota recently went live with new public safety software from Zuercher Technologies. The software solution called ledsSuite includes records management, civil process tracking, and a comprehensive property and evidence solution.
The Sheriff’s Office began the search for new software because the system they had been using was older and was quickly becoming outdated. ledsSuite appealed to them because it is easy to use and configurable to fit their individual needs. ledsSuite will also allow the office to track more in-depth information on many records, as well as improve overall efficiency.
"Zuercher Technologies has a big presence in South Dakota and is well known for their services and excellent customer support,” stated Sheriff Steve Manger of Lyman County. "We are looking forward to using ledsSuite to immediately start submitting data to the SD NIBRS repository and other state data sharing initiatives like ConnectSD.”
"Lyman County is a perfect example of how our software can be scaled to fit the needs of any agency,” stated David Jones, Director of Business Development at Zuercher Technologies. "Their size and location means they have unique needs and ledsSuite was able to meet those needs now, as well as in the future as they grow.”
