Zuercher Technologies LLC, creator of ledsSuite and a leading provider of software solutions for the law enforcement community, announced today that it has signed a partnership agreement with ViData Inc., creator of VSigner, that will increase the efficiency of the legal document process.
ledsSuite provides law enforcement officials with an easy to use, comprehensive records management solution that includes a fully-featured workflow framework as well as an end-to-end mobile solution. VSigner is a virtual application that allows for digital signing of legal documents. It eliminates the need for law enforcement officers to physically travel to get documents signed by a judge and allows for complete tracking of all documents as they move through the system. Working together, ledsSuite and VSigner provide a unique solution that will streamline the entire process of generating and executing documents for courts.

By allowing for automated information transfer from ledsSuite to VSigner, the need for officers to reenter information while completing documents is eliminated. Documents completed and executed in VSigner will also be available in ledsSuite directly from the appropriate case file.
