Zuercher Technologies is pleased to announce that its ledsCAD computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software has received Platinum-level certification from Priority Dispatch Corporation for its ProQA Paramount decision support application. ledsCAD is now able to completely integrate with the ProQA Medical (EMD), Fire (EFD), and Police (EPD) products to meet the needs of agencies and 911 centers that dispatch for any or all of these agency types. Platinum certification is the highest level of integration a CAD application can receive.
 

This integration provides call takers and dispatchers with response scripts or case summaries inside their call for service window, rather than requiring them to switch from one workstation or application to another. This allows a more efficient response to calls that require following a response plan. Information is also easier to locate during and after a call, to review how a situation is or was handled.
