The Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office, LA, has signed a contract with Zuercher Technologies to implement ledsSuite on a Parish-wide basis. The project will consist of expanding ledsSuite to be implemented in five law enforcement agencies and two dispatch centers within the Parish. The expansion of the project will bring a new level of information sharing and provide increased agency efficiency, productivity, and officer safety throughout Lafourche Parish.
Lafourche Parish is located in southeast Louisiana and covers approximately 1,469 square miles. The Parish has five law enforcement agencies serving a population of approximately 96,318. The expansion of ledsSuite will bring improved communication and interoperability between the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office, Thibodaux Police Department, Golden Meadows Police Department, Lockport Police Department, the Greater Lafourche Port Commission Harbor Police Department, and their respective dispatch centers.
