In an article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office talks about the launch of their new records system that will help the agency say goodbye to paper.
Commander Jeff Ramacher, the project manager says, "it's going to increase our efficiency on a number of fronts...When we have to go back to the station and take reports, that's another squad off the street."
Ramsey County will also use use Zuercher Suite as a regional records system, sharing information with several agencies, including the cities of Mounds View, New Brighton, and Maplewood.
