The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office of Louisiana has selected ledsSuite public safety software to meet their current technology needs. The installation includes ledsCAD Computer-Aided Dispatch, ledsRecords Records Management, ledsMobile CAD and ledsMobile RMS, as well as ledsJail Jail Management Software.
The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office established a goal to find a software solution that would be easy for their employees to use, able to track Louisiana specific data, and helpful with managing information for the Parish. It was important for them to find a solution that was affordable, yet comprehensive. They required that the new system would have the ability to continuously grow and adapt as the Sheriff’s Office’s needs and requirements change in the future.
