Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Savannah Police Department of Tennessee will upgrade its public safety software to Zuercher Suite.
The southwestern Tennessee city needed to replace an outdated system for records management. The Savannah Police Department selected Zuercher Records, a highly configurable system that consolidates and automates records processing.
"Our department chose Zuercher Technologies because our officers found the system to be the easiest to use and it will reduce the amount of time we spend on reports,” said Chief Gary Will Jr. "As chief, I like the administrative features for approving reports and the search capabilities.”
Zuercher Suite’s built in report generator, along with custom forms and modules will allow the police department to track information and replicate or replace documents in a system that is part of its centralized records database. Zuercher Technologies will also provide the agency Tennessee-specific interfaces, including interfaces to TIBRS and Tennessee NCIC.
"We are happy to welcome the Savannah Police Department to Zuercher Technologies,” said David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zuercher Technologies. "We anticipate that the department is the first of many agencies in Tennessee that will benefit from the built-in efficiencies in this seamless software system.”
