Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that several agencies purchased or added additional Zuercher Insight Mapping software and services during the first quarter of 2015.

During the past quarter, four Department of Defense bases signed contracts to use Zuercher Insight Mapping, including bases in California, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas.

Zuercher Insight Mapping offers integration with 911-call taking and dispatch software, allowing military bases to get a graphical view of 911 calls made from the base as well as from off-base housing. Insight Mapping places 911 calls immediately on a map. The visual representation of this data gives users greater spatial awareness when responding to emergencies. The software also includes additional tools to determine responders, provide driving directions, and flag premise details.

Other new Zuercher Insight agencies include dispatch centers with the North Wildwood Police Department of New Jersey and Elmore County Sheriff’s Office of Idaho. Several existing Zuercher Insight agencies added dispatch licenses and/or Insight Mobile, an in-vehicle solution to use the Zuercher Insight dispatch map.
