During the first quarter of 2014, several agencies purchased Zuercher Technologies’ Insight GIS mapping software.
The Bennett County Hospital of South Dakota will be installing mobile instances of Insight Dispatch. The program will allow the ambulances to see call information and routing details on the map while in their vehicles.
Putnam County of Missouri has selected Insight Dispatch to replace its legacy mapping solution. Zuercher Technologies will also be providing GIS services to ensure accurate map data for proper plotting of 911 calls.
Richard Stockton College of New Jersey is becoming the primary PSAP for its jurisdiction and will now be a part of the New Jersey State 911 Network. The agency will be launching Insight Dispatch as its mapping solution in conjunction with an upgrade to their phone systems. Insight Dispatch will be integrated with the new console system from Amcom Software and will allow the agency to have wireless call locations plotted on the map.
Bon Homme County of South Dakota also upgraded from the legacy version of the software to Insight Dispatch. This upgrade will allow the agency to have more map layers and more powerful map marker tools.
"Insight Dispatch is the perfect mapping tool for agencies that are looking for an easy to use solution with extensive features,” state David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zuercher Technologies. "We are excited to see such a wide variety of agencies take advantage of the many benefits that Insight Dispatch provides.”
