Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Henry County Sheriff’s Office of Ohio has selected Zuercher Suite software to upgrade their records and dispatch software.
Henry County is the first agency in the state to choose Zuercher Suite software. The sheriff’s office and 9-1-1 center in the northwestern Ohio county serves a population of nearly 30,000 residents.
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office will be using Zuercher Records, plus Zuercher CAD and Zuercher Mapping, easy-to-use software designed to meet the needs of dispatch centers. The highly configurable system will give Henry County powerful tools for responding quickly to calls for service, with fully integrated GIS mapping built into the dispatch software.
The software’s built-in report generator, along with custom forms and modules, will give the sheriff’s office the ability to track information and replace documents with a paperless system. Zuercher Technologies also will provide the agency with an interface to the Ohio Incident-Based Reporting System.
