First Montana Agency Selects Zuercher Suite

Wednesday, March 18, 2015.

Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Laurel Police Department of Montana has selected Zuercher Suite to upgrade its public safety software.

The police department serves a community of about 7,000, located southwest of Billings. The agency will be the first in Montana to opt for Zuercher Suite, a fully integrated software solution that uses one application, one database, and one user interface. Zuercher Suite will replace outdated systems for CAD, records management, and mobile CAD and records with this contemporary system.

The Laurel Police Department will use Zuercher Technologies’ proprietary data conversion process to seamlessly bring their old records into their new Zuercher Suite system. Zuercher Technologies also provides the MTIBRS repository solution for the State of Montana, giving the department access to built-in error checking and automatic data submission to the state.

"We’re confident that the Laurel Police Department is just the first of many agencies in Montana that will benefit from the Zuercher Suite software solution,” said David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Zuercher Technologies. "We are looking forward to providing our quality software and support to the police department, bringing them a system that will provide cost savings and serve the agency well into the future.”
