Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that Lawrence County 911 of Illinois recently became the first agency in the state to use Zuercher Suite software.

Nearly 17,000 residents live in the southeastern Illinois county the dispatch center serves. Lawrence County 911 was a newly opened PSAP in a brand new facility. The agency needed a software system for computer-aided dispatch and selected Zuercher CAD to complete their modern 911 center.

Zuercher Suite, which is one application, one database, from one company, provided the 911 center with an easy-to-use software solution that could be quickly learned by dispatchers. Lawrence County 911 is also using Zuercher Suite’s integrated reporting system to create custom reports.
