Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office of Idaho will update its software to a Zuercher Suite system.

The sheriff’s office in northern Idaho provides law enforcement services to an area that includes about 10,000 residents and oversees a 30-bed county jail. The agency will be using Zuercher Suite, a truly integrated public safety software system for records, computer-aided dispatch, jail management, civil process service, and more.

Clearwater County Sheriff Chris Goetz said his office is proud to be the first agency in the state to use Zuercher Suite. They needed a system well suited for sharing information between deputies, prosecutors, and first responders dispatched by the county. He said that the Zuercher Technologies server hardware will also reduce system demands that are already straining the county’s existing computer network.

The contemporary architecture of Zuercher Suite, with one application, one database, and one user interface, will allow the sheriff’s office employees to easily organize and automate many processes, bringing new efficiencies to the agency.  Zuercher Technologies will also be providing the Clearwater Sheriff’s Office with several Idaho-specific interfaces, including interfaces to Idaho NIBRS and Idaho NCIC.
