Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office of North Dakota will upgrade its public safety software with Zuercher Suite.

The agency serves a western North Dakota county with an area of more than 2,000 square miles and about 4,399 residents.  The county saw its population increase by more than 24 percent over the past four years, due to the oil boom in the region.  

The sheriff’s office will use Zuercher Suite, a contemporary software solution that uses one application, one database, and one user interface, for records management and civil process serving software in order to streamline operations and make the agency more efficient. The fully-integrated system organizes records processing, workflow, and statistical reporting. The agency will also take advantage of software that will allow employees to track and manage the service of civil papers from every service attempt to the final disbursement of funds.

Zuercher Technologies is also importing old records data into the new system with a proprietary data conversion process. The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office software system will interface with several North Dakota state systems, including the state NIBRS, state accident reporting and state eCitations systems.
