With the latest product release of ledsSuite, Zuercher Technologies has announced the inclusion of a custom form generator.  ledsSuite, a leading public safety software solution, offers law enforcement professionals many configuration options to match their agency’s needs and make employees and processes more efficient.  The new custom form generator will offer even more configurability and is included in the standard software package at no extra cost.

Every agency has unique data that needs to be recorded, tracked, and stored.  Most agencies have to create forms outside of their existing CAD, jail, civil, and records management software to capture this information.  These forms need to be filled out, printed, scanned, and filed in a separate location which adds additional steps to the data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.

The new ledsSuite custom form generator allows agencies to collect their unique data within the system in a format that matches the agency’s specific needs.  Custom forms can be created that are related to cases, civil papers, calls for service, inmates, and more.  The forms can be saved, printed, sent in an e-mail, or converted to PDFs from within the software, in a layout designed by the agency.  All forms are linked to files they are associated with and stored for easy access within ledsSuite.
