Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the City of Hampton Sheriff’s Office of Virginia recently went live with Zuercher Suite software.

The Virginia agency, which is the first in the state to choose Zuercher Suite, is now using the software for jail management, civil process service,  and administration. The sheriff’s office serves the city of 137,000 people. The agency provides security for the courts, serves civil and criminal processes and court orders, and manages the Hampton Correctional Facility and the Hampton Community Corrections Center.

"This new system will allow staff in our two correctional facilities and out in the field to easily access one unified database, giving them the ability to share information in a way that has not been possible before,” said City of Hampton Sheriff B.J. Roberts.  "This software will save us time and give us the tools we need to truly streamline our corrections operations.”

This uniquely seamless system with software products that are all one application, using one shared database, and one user interface, is used by agencies across the nation. Roberts, a former president of the National Sheriff’s Association, is the fourth president of the national organization to choose Zuercher Technologies products for his agency.
