Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that Cass County Sheriff’s Office of Minnesota has selected Zuercher Suite to modernize and streamline software operations across the agency.

This replacement system is a fully-supported and truly integrated software solution that includes jail management, civil process tracking, computer-aided dispatch (CAD), mobile data, administration, records management, and reporting software.  All Zuercher Suite products are one application, using one shared database and one user interface.

One of the major benefits for the sheriff’s office is Zuercher Technologies new eCitations solution, a software module that allows officers in the field to collect operator information and print citations from their patrol cars. This new technology reduces errors and saves time with all information seamlessly integrated throughout the Zuercher Suite system and interfaced with Minnesota’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) eCharging system.

Past Cass County records will be converted into Zuercher Suite, allowing the agency to keep all of its data in one single software system database. The software is designed to allow all employees in all locations to easily access and submit information whether in the sheriff’s office, jail facilities, or in the field. The system will facilitate county-wide data sharing, since all police departments in Cass County will join the sheriff’s office in using Zuercher Suite.

Zuercher Connect offers their Minnesota clients agencies the ability to determine if they want to submit and share data with other departments across county and city lines further expanding the information accessible within the system.
