Thursday, February 26, 2015.

Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Athens-Limestone County Emergency Communications 911 Office of Alabama recently went live with Zuercher Technologies software for dispatch and mapping.

Led by Director R.V. White, past president of the Alabama National Emergency Numbers Association, the Athens-Limestone County Emergency Communications 911 Office is the first public safety agency in the state to use Zuercher Suite. The E911 agency will be using the contemporary Zuercher Technologies software that includes CAD, mapping, and statistical reporting.

The Alabama agency selected Zuercher Suite, a contemporary software solution that uses one application, one database, and one user interface, streamlining processes for employees. Prior to the go live, Zuercher Technologies converted past CAD call for service records and county Geographical Information Systems data into the new system, allowing for easy access to all historical records.
