routing from ledsMappingAll dispatch functions are available from the mapping screen. Log new calls for service, assign units, update unit locations and statuses, enter log messages, and much more.

An integrated command line allows users to rapidly issue mapping, routing, and dispatch commands from the keyboard.

dispatch functions in mapping screen Active incidents display – Automatically plots all calls for service entered into Zuercher CAD. Icons identify key information such as event type and priority level.

Simply click on a call for service to view details such as address, latitude/longitude, date and time reported, nearest intersection, and more.

Unit display/AVL – Responders’ locations are plotted on the map right alongside calls for service, providing dispatchers with the big picture of what’s going on and keeping them apprised of responders’ whereabouts.

routing on map Routing – Route responders to calls for service so they can arrive on scene as quickly as possible. The system effectively routes units around barriers and road closures.

Status alerts – Unit status alerts display on the map to remind dispatchers when it’s time to check in on responders, and incident activity alarms ensure that all incidents receive prompt attention.

search results on map Geospatial search – Search for all addresses within a specified radius of a location, or draw a polygon to view all addresses within the enclosed region.

Click on any map location to view information about it: ESN, county, postal zone, coordinates, nearest intersection, nearest address, and more.

Choose which map layers to display, such as streets, beats, townships, pictometry, and ESN, allowing functionality such as geospatial identification of correct ESN for Phase II calls.

Local GIS personnel can maintain map data using native ESRI files and software.
