Codex Corp. (www.codexcorp.com/guardian) and Zuercher Technologies (www.zuerchertech.com) today announce that the two companies have completed systems integration between the GUARDIAN© RFID Corrections System and Zuercher Technologies' jail management system, ledsJail©. The integration partnership starts with sharing critical inmate demographics data up-to-the-minute via the GUARDIAN XML Web Service.
"Codex and Zuercher Technologies are committed to helping public safety agencies build extremely efficient IT systems, while helping them to extract more value and capabilities from the investments they've already made," said Ken Dalley Jr., president of Codex Corp. "GUARDIAN integration partners, such as Zuercher Technologies, are a critical factor in securing the defensibility and compliance requirements of our customers."
Next on the agenda is to deepen product interoperability and information sharing to address key customer requirements.
"Zuercher Technologies sees opportunities in the corrections market to leverage the technologies GUARDIAN delivers," said Michael Zuercher, president of Zuercher Technologies. "By integrating with GUARDIAN and their on-demand computing platform, ledsJail has created additional value for our agencies, and significantly strengthened its competitive differential in the public safety industry."
