A group of law enforcement agencies in northeastern South Dakota have selected Zuercher Technologies to upgrade their public safety software system to ledsSuite.  The agencies are all part of a regional law enforcement consortium and will have access to the new system and its benefits.  These agencies include the Day County Sheriff’s Office, Estelline Police Department, Hamlin County Sheriff’s Office, Sisseton Police Department, Hayti Police Department, Webster Police Department, Codington County Search and Rescue, Codington County Sheriff’s Office and the Watertown Police Department.

"Our current software just hadn’t been meeting our needs,” stated Watertown Chief of Police Joanna Vitek.  "We decided it was time to look at our options and that’s when we started considering Zuercher Technologies and ledsSuite.”

ledsSuite is a public safety software solution that efficiently manages data collection, sharing, and reporting  requirements.  The system’s many configuration options and flexibility made it an ideal choice because of the number of agencies that will be using the system.  The affordability of the solution was also a factor; the installation of the new software will result in considerable savings for the agencies over the next few years.  The overall cost of ownership of the product will be greatly reduced as well.
