Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that Chouteau County of Montana has chosen Zuercher Suite for a total software system.

The Chouteau County Sheriff’s Office and Chouteau County 9-1-1 Communications will use the software to aid in providing complete public safety services for an area that covers more than 3900 square miles. The agencies are responsible for crime investigation and prevention, dispatch services, coroner and fire warden duties, civil process service, emergency recovery, and the operation of a detention center.

Kimberly Burdick, Chouteau County 9-1-1 Communications Manager, said that the county had been searching for a records management system that would meet their needs as they’ve grown over the past 20 years. Zuercher Technologies took every step to make sure "no stone was left unturned and every question was answered,” she said.

"Since we are a small agency, financing was especially crucial to our decision.
