The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office of Iowa has selected ledsSuite from Zuercher Technologies to upgrade its public safety software. The agency will be the first in the state of Iowa to implement the ledsSuite software.
 

The project includes records management, mobile records, civil process tracking, jail management, and statistical reporting. Zuercher Technologies will also be working with the agency to develop several interfaces to meet both agency-specific and state-specific requirements, such as an interface to the state crash, accident, and citation reporting system (TraCS) and another interface to the state Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) system.
 

When the Marshall County Sheriff’s office began its search for a contemporary public safety solution, it set high standards for the new software and vendor.
