The Greater Lafourche Port Commission Harbor Police Department has added Zuercher Technologies’ ledsCAD and ledsMobile CAD to its existing ledsSuite implementation. These products allow the agency to handle everything from calls for service to mobile dispatch to records management within one system.
The addition of ledsCAD and ledsMobile CAD provides officers with the best in real-time information, including ongoing calls for service, silent dispatch and full integration with dispatch. Since all this functionality is provided by ledsSuite, users do not have to learn different user interfaces or enter information multiple times in separate applications, thereby reducing redundant data entry. The expanded system showcases ledsSuite’s distributed networking capabilities.
