Eighteen Military Bases Contract with Zuercher Insight in Q4

Monday, February 2, 2015.

Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce several new contracts with Department of Defense bases across the country over the past quarter.

Zuercher Insight Mapping offers integration with 911-call taking and dispatch software, allowing military bases to get a graphical view of 911 calls made from the base as well as from off-base housing. Insight Mapping places 911 calls immediately on a map. The visual representation of this data gives users greater spatial awareness when responding to emergencies. The software also includes additional tools to determine responders, provide driving directions, and flag premise details.

During the past quarter, Insight Mapping products have been purchased by 18 bases, including locations in Alaska, California, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

“We’re excited to be able to enhance 911 services on bases worldwide with our mapping technology,” said David Jones, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zuercher Technologies. “Zuercher Insight provides an integrated mapping to call taking solution well-suited to the needs of dispatch centers at military facilities.”
