Zuercher Technologies, a leader in the public safety software industry, is pleased to announce that the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office of Georgia has selected Zuercher Suite for a complete upgrade of its public safety software.

The suburban Atlanta agency has approximately 400 employees and serves a county with a population of 132,000.  The sheriff’s office includes several law enforcement divisions and a jail with an average daily population of more than 740 inmates with a capacity of 1,500. After determining a new solution was needed, a committee with representation from all areas of the agency did a thorough review, including site visits and presentations from highly recognized local and national vendors.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office will be replacing under-performing systems for records management, CAD, jail management, civil processing, and accident reporting, plus mobile CAD and records.
